1.5 cups Multiuso Multipurpose Flour Mix
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup cocoa, preferably organic non-alkaline
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup oil (I used olive)
1 tsp rice wine vinegar (using apple cider vinegar gave a too-strong taste of vinegar)
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup cold water.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add all liquid ingredients and mix well.
Bake in greased and floured 9″ square pan (or lined with waxed paper), at 350 F, for 25 – 30, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
