I just want to say that having been recently diagnosed with a medical condition that requires a gluten free diet, you were possibly the best find ever! I’ve become accustomed to disappointment when it comes to gf foods so you can imagine my delight when I tried your spaghetti. My husband loves pasta and is so picky about it I made him regular pasta tonight so he wouldn’t have to suffer through my gf spaghetti and he liked your gf better! That says a lot! Can’t wait to try more of your products and sharer this find with others!

Just tried your Linguini Pasta, which I found at WF (Nob HIll, SF), I hope they carry all of your products… you’re perfect.

You guys are wonderful! I have made the Papa’s Pane bread a few times now and it is absolutely the best GF bread I have ever eaten, bar none. And lasagne!! I haven’t eaten lasagne in over 20 years!! I could not be more excited! You guys absolutely rock and I am so glad you exist. I’m severely allergic to rice, as well as being gluten-intolerant, so finding gf products is often difficult, and so many gf products are basically nutritionally and flavor-wise equivalent to wonderbread, so finding an all natural, gf, whole grain and high fiber product line is a real blessing. I’m also a nutritionist and will be recommending your products heartily to all my clients and students <3.

I am a little confused… I have just started a wheat free program, so when I look for wheat free flour to make my breads and pizzas, but what I get is Gluten Free is there such a thing as wheat free
flour that I can use of come across almond flour but I’m not shore if I can use that to make bread? can you help.

Gluten is found in Wheat, Barley and Rye. So gluten-free = wheat free, but wheat free is not gluten-free if you are using barley or rye. These other grains in Maninis are gluten-free, but taste amazing. Almond flour is expensive and makes terrible bread.

I’m baking for an individual who is highly allergic to corn, rice, wheat, soy and sesame, are any of your flours or pastas totally free of all of these ingredients?

Yes, all of Maninis Pasta and our Papa’s Rustic Multigrain Mix are free of corn, rice, wheat, soy and sesame. We are introducing another flour, Gratuito Baking Mix that is also free.

Just bought your Mulituso flour from Azure Standard Coop. I have never tried it before. Today I baked two loaves of plum bread (from plums off our tree) and instead of using a regular flour, I swapped it for the Mulituso and it was AMAMZING!!! My family literally could not tell they were eating my plum bread recipe gluten free!! They even said…”This is great, better than last time…what did you do different?” So it was a total hit and I am extremely grateful to your company for making such a wonderful product while sticking to Integrity in your ingredients!!! Great Job Guys!! I am forever sold on Maninis flour!!

We used to buy the packages of buns (like individual bolo loaves) at the University District farmer’s market, but you guys don’t have a booth there anymore. Do you sell those in any of the stores around here or do I have to make them myself? They rocked!

Whole Foods in the Pacific Northwest now carries them and they sell 4 in a pack.

If you brush the bread with melted butter when they come out of the oven, it will help soften the crust.

I just made the best GF/DF muffins I have every tasted. In fact they are probably in the top 3 muffins including full gluten! I used the Maninis pumpkin bread recipe, but used 18oz of Apple Buckley instead of pumpkin and made muffins instead of bread and WOW!!

Do you think the all purpose would work for gingerbread cookies? I know you make and sell those too but you have not been at the West Seattle Farmer’s market. I am so sad. I miss your gingerbread people, the best i’ve had!

The pasta mix is excellent. We regularly make spaghetti and ravioli at home, and the results are easily better than the GF products we’ve tried in the past. As someone who isn’t gluten intolerant, I find the GF pasta to be comparable in taste and texture to common semolina-based pasta, which greatly surprised me. This makes me very happy in that is has made making dinner less about worrying over the ingredients and more about sharing and enjoying a nice meal together. The rolls and breads we’ve gotten from your farmers’ market booth are also miles better than the rice-based bricks we’ve had in the past. I don’t know what your secret is, but I thank you for what you’re doing and hope that you get to keep doing it.

Thank you for your quick response to my question about freezing your fresh pasta. My husband and I think your fresh pasta is terrific, and we wanted to take some to our hosts on a trip to Chicago – but it needed to be able to be frozen when we got there. Since your answer was YES! we took a couple of containers with us [bought at Your Local Market (YLM) in Bellevue].
Since our trip a couple of weeks ago, we’ve (finally :)) used our Maninis Trovato pasta flour to make our own homemade pasta, with wonderful results. Thank you for your great products!
