WELCOME TO MANINIS GLUTEN FREE
MANINIS® GLUTEN FREE is a company whose products were developed ten years ago by a mathematician mother and a chemical engineer father. Their mission: develop good tasting and nutritious rice-free, gluten-free whole grain products for their five-year old daughter diagnosed with celiac disease. The challenge was to produce gluten-free products that have the consistency and flavor they craved. Blended whole grain mixes based on ANCIENT GRAINS were created that produce not only delicious bread but out-of-this world pizza, pasta, cakes, cookies, pies, muffins as well as hamburger, hotdog and sub buns. The list continues to grow.
A family business developed and siblings of the mother were asked to launch MANINIS® GLUTEN FREE. They bring experience in managing business and finance and growing startups.
After years of searching and testing the finest rice-free, gluten-free ingredients, free of bioengineering from the highest quality, safest and most consistent suppliers, MANINIS® reinvented bread and baking mixes along with pasta without rice. Maninis® Gluten Free whole grain mixes and fresh pastas are manufactured in a dedicated facility free of gluten, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, fish, and shellfish. Batches are randomly tested for gluten to less than 10 ppm and is Certified Gluten Free by the Gluten Free Certification Organization (GFCO).
You will love Maninis® Gluten Free. If you are gluten intolerant, it will change your life.

What is the shelf life of your flour? It truly is a wonderful product. Love love love it. Wish we could have it available in Tennessee!

One year shelf life for our mixes but we recommend you refrigerate to keep them fresh. They need to be stored in a cool dry place because whole grains will become rancid in heat.

Thank you so much for your products! You have been a blessing for us, my 18 yr old son was suffering from chronic daily headaches, so we went gluten free, then a few months later he was tested for food intolerance, and came back as also being reactive to rice. It has been a big challenge to find gluten free foods that are also rice free! Your products have amazing taste and texture! Thank-you so much!!!! 🙂

Thank you!!! My 18 year old son jumped up and down with joy after tasting my chocolate chip gf cookies with the multiuso gf flour. Thank you for providing a rice free flour, the texture is finally right! Nice and fluffy. So far I have swapped it out easily of my old favorite recipes.
