MANINIS® GLUTEN FREE is a company whose products were developed ten years ago by a mathematician mother and a chemical engineer father. Their mission: develop good tasting and nutritious rice-free, gluten-free whole grain products for their five-year old daughter diagnosed with celiac disease. The challenge was to produce gluten-free products that have the consistency and flavor they craved. Blended whole grain mixes based on ANCIENT GRAINS were created that produce not only delicious bread but out-of-this world pizza, pasta, cakes, cookies, pies, muffins as well as hamburger, hotdog and sub buns. The list continues to grow.
A family business developed and siblings of the mother were asked to launch MANINIS® GLUTEN FREE. They bring experience in managing business and finance and growing startups.
After years of searching and testing the finest rice-free, gluten-free ingredients, free of bioengineering from the highest quality, safest and most consistent suppliers, MANINIS® reinvented bread and baking mixes along with pasta without rice. Maninis® Gluten Free whole grain mixes and fresh pastas are manufactured in a dedicated facility free of gluten, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, fish, and shellfish. Batches are randomly tested for gluten to less than 10 ppm and is Certified Gluten Free by the Gluten Free Certification Organization (GFCO).
